Privacy policy

Valley Found Marketing ("Valley Found", "I", "me") is a small marketing business run by David Marples in the Fraser Valley, British Columbia. This page explains what personal information I collect through valleyfound.ca, how I use it, and your choices.

What I collect

• Details you type into a form on this site: for example your name, business name, email, phone number, website or Google listing, and any message you add.
• Messages you send through the website chat, by text, or by email, and details you give when you book a call.
• Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit, such as pages viewed and approximate location, used to keep the site working and secure.

How I use it

• To reply to you, prepare the free audit or guide you asked for, and follow up about it.
• To book and remind you about calls you schedule.
• If you become a client, to deliver and bill for the services you signed up for.
• To send you emails you agreed to receive, such as the free guide's email series. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and you can also just reply "stop".

I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't share it with anyone except the service providers below who help me run the business.

Service providers

I use a few trusted tools to run this site and my business: Cloudflare (website hosting, security and content delivery), HighLevel / LeadConnector (forms, contact management, website chat, booking, texts and email), Google Workspace (business email), and Stripe (payments, for clients where applicable). These providers may process or store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

How long I keep it

I keep your information only as long as I need it for the purposes above, or as required for tax and business records. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, or to stop receiving messages from me. Just email [email protected] or call or text 778-771-4564, and I'll respond within 30 days.
